Refund policy

This return policy applies to all furniture and home products purchased from the site by consumers in the United States. From the date of receipt, consumers have 14 days to exercise their right to return items without providing a reason.

3. Return Conditions
Returned products must meet the following conditions:
- Keep the original packaging intact, without damage, including all accessories, manuals, and labels.
- Products may show minor signs of use as long as it does not affect resale.
- Packaging must protect the product to prevent damage during transport.

Use the prepaid return label provided so that shipping costs are covered by Urban Trade.
5. Return Shipping and Prepaid Label
Urban Trade covers all return shipping costs. Consumers do not pay any additional fees.
A prepaid return label will be provided, which should be attached to the package according to the instructions for sending back the product.
6. Refund Processing
Once the returned product is received and verified to meet the return conditions, the refund will be processed within 2 business days.
Refunds are made to the original payment method used for the purchase.
If the returned product is incomplete or damaged and does not meet the return conditions, we will contact the consumer to explain and propose a solution.
