Thai Extra Long Luffas! Do you want extra long sponges? These luffa grow 3 to 4 feet long! Not only making long edible fruits at an early age but growing into large sponges as they mature. This is an Open Pollinated Mix of Thai Extra Long Smooth and Thai Extra Long Dark Green. Each vine easily puts out more than 50 luffas. These are a heat loving summer crop and do well in the higher growing zones. Please check your growing zones to make sure your summer is long and hot enough for this specific vegetable. Very large fruits will need a trellis or a cattle panel arch to support the weight. Each seed pack contains a minimum of 3/15/30 seeds.
